Who Can Apply: Everyone has the potential to give back to their community and make a difference, even if it is small. The Peter T. Buecher Memorial Scholarship seeks to reward students in Minnesota who have a desire to enrich the lives of others in their community. Minnesota high school seniors and undergraduate students who play sports and have a good moral character are encouraged to apply.
