Who Can Apply: The Achieve Atlanta scholarship is a need-based award designed to support low-income Atlanta Public Schools students pursuing various paths after high school.
- Graduate from an APS high school (includes charters)
- Be enrolled in an APS high school continuously since at least the start of 11th grade
- Graduate with a cumulative, weighted GPA of at least 75 to qualify for a scholarship to a technical or associate degree program
- Graduate with a cumulative, weighted GPA of at least 80 to qualify for a scholarship to a four-year college or university
- Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
- Demonstrate financial need
- Enroll full-time in an accredited, nonprofit college or technical program by the fall immediately following high school graduation
- Note: To use this scholarship outside the state of Georgia, you must attend a school that has a graduation rate of 50% or higher
