Who Can Apply:
- Reside in the State of Texas as of the application deadline date.
- Be high school seniors at Fredericksburg High School or Gillespie County High School in Fredericksburg Independent School District, Texas.
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year. (Preference will be given to students planning to attend schools in the state of Texas.)
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
Deadline: February 26, 2026
