Who Can Apply:
- Be residents of Quincy, MA or the Hough’s Neck neighborhood of Quincy, MA
- Be high school seniors attending North Quincy High School or Quincy High School
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale)
- Demonstrate financial need.
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
