Who Can Apply:
- Attend the Club to exercise a minimum of three times per week
- Participate in 1 Group Personal Training class each week
- Participate in 15 Group Fitness classes during the program
- Participate in 1 Cardio Tennis or Rookie Tennis class during the program
Submission: Write a 1000 word essay describing the benefits of health & fitness learned during the program, and what the student will now do to share those benefits with their local community.
