Who Can Apply: To be eligible for the $500 Atma Environmental scholarship, students must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college or university.
Submission: Students applying for the scholarship must submit an essay ranging from 1,200 to 1,500 words on the following topic:
“Consider the major floods and droughts over the past 12 months in the context of global temperatures since 1990. Is there a credible evidence that climate change is contributing to the number and severity of events since 1990 or is the science inconclusive?”
