Who Can Apply: A scholarship has been established at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in memory of the late B. Frank Strickland, Sr., a Lanier County farmer and a devoted advocate for tobacco farmers. The $500 B. Frank Strickland Scholarship will be presented to an entering freshman or rising sophomore from a tobacco-producing county who plans to attend ABAC fall semester.
To be eligible, applicant must be a resident of a tobacco-producing county in Georgia, and must be an incoming freshman or rising sophmore in good standing at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Preference will be given to a student majoring in some form of agriculture.
