  2. Please upload your most current transcript (unofficial).
  3. Athletics and competition are fundamental to the American culture. In many ways, we idolize sports and our professional players. This gives rise to two important issues of legal consideration: 1) what authority should sports teams, management, and owners have over the free speech rights of their players, ie refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance? and 2) what liability should sports teams, their management, and owners have for serious and disabling injuries to their players, ie chronic concussion syndromes? Please pick, analyze, and discuss one (or both) if these issues.

Deadline: January 31, 2019

Amount: $3,000
