Who Can Apply: The contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Employees of BBCS, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

Submission: Please write a 350-400 word essay on the topic “Las Vegas was recently the site of one of the worst mass shootings in modern U.S. history.  People have expressed concerns over the number and type of guns and equipment the shooter may have legally obtained and used to carry out this despicable act.  Others take the position that it is unfair to blame anyone or anything other than the shooter .  How do you balance the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms with issues of public safety?”
