Who Can Apply: The student selected to receive this scholarship must:
–Be a graduating senior of a high school in Clark County, WA
–Have attended Silver Star Elementary in the Evergreen School District, Vancouver, WA
–Continue their education full-time at an accredited college, university, career or technical school during the upcoming school year.
