1. Graduating senior from one of the following high schools: Black River, Holland Christian, Holland Public, West Ottawa, Zeeland East, or Zeeland West
2. Enrolling in a 2 or 4-year degree program at an accredited post-secondary school in Michigan
3. GPA of 3.8 or higher and SAT score of at least 1240
