Who Can Apply: Graduates must have lived in Pulaski County for at least their Junior and Senior years of high school, plan to attend an Indiana college or university, and plan to pursue a degree in the field of music.
The following criteria shall be important:
1) “C” average or higher
2) participation in extracurricular activities
3) recommendation from a high school faculty member (complete recommendation app to meet these requirements)
