Brian Zeiger Scholarship (Deadline: February 15, 2016)

Who Can Apply: In order to participate in the contest, prospective applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited United States college or university or planning to attend one in the fall 2016 semester.

Submission: Applicants should submit a 500-word essay answering the following question to the email address provided below:

“The right to a trial by jury is a fundamental tenet of our legal system which is enshrined in the United States Constitution. Under current law, however, only people accused of serious crimes that are punishable by more than six months prison have an absolute right to a jury trial. Do you agree with the current state of the law? Why or why not.”

Deadline: February 15, 2016
