Who Can Apply: The Charles H. and Jayne Black Scholarship was established to assist individuals to further their studies at a 2- or 4-year accredited college or university. Applicants must:
- Be a graduating high school senior or a current college student
- Live in the Miami Valley region
- Demonstrate financial need
