Who Can Apply: This merit based scholarship was established in memory of Mr. and Mrs. Koehler to support students currently in college. This scholarship is offered to students who graduated from Hamilton, Badin, Ross, New Miami, Fairfield, Edgewood, Talawanda High Schools. Margaret (Peggy) graduated from Ohio University in 1947 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She taught elementary education in the Cleveland, Columbus and Hamilton, Ohio public school systems before becoming a full-time homemaker.
