Who Can Apply: Annually, at least one scholarship will be given in loving memory and honor of Chelsea Rae Langford, to an Art student at Darton State College in Albany, Ga. The scholarship is partially dependent upon the student’s love of art and compassion for people and is not necessarily dependent upon academic achievements or financial need.
