Davillier-Sloan Breaking the Cycle Scholarship for Project Rebound (Deadline: April 15, 2015)

Who Can Apply: The scholarship will be for undergraduate or graduate students who are currently enrolled in Project Rebound who are or plan to take a leadership role in assisting the African-American or Afro-Caribbean Communities.

Submission:

  1. Please upload your most current academic transcript (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
  2. Documentation of Project Rebound Enrollment
  3. 3. A one- to two-page statement of financial need and current or planned activities to take a leadership role in assisting the African-American or Afro-Caribbean Communities, especially disadvantaged individuals in those communities
  4. Signed statement that you are prepared to assist the African-American or Afro-Caribbean Communities for up to a year after receiving the scholarship. Follow-up proof of service to these under-served communities will be reviewed by the director of Project Rebound and a designee from the Sociology Department.

Deadline: April 15, 2015

Amount: $1,000
