Who Can Apply:
- Applicant must be a student leader in the Jefferson Awards YSI Program, Delaware Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY) program, Delaware Youth Leadership Network (DYLN), (or any other leadership organization) at his/her local high school during his/her freshman, sophomore, junior or senior year.
- Applicant must be a college bound graduating senior from Delaware exhibiting exemplary attributes in scholastics, leadership and service.
Submission: Describe your participation in that leadership organization during your four years of high school and what that has meant to you.
