Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established to honor the 7th President of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation, Don Waller. A $3000 scholarship is presented to an applicant applying through the Young Farmers & Ranchers Scholarship Foundation. Applicants must have already completed their college freshman year in an agriculture major at any Mississippi university or community college. The deadline for applications to be received is June 1 of each year.
