Adoption Scholarship Program (DC Adoption)

Award Is Open To: Children who have been adopted through the DC Foster Care program or children who lost one or both of their parents in the September 11 attacks.

Citizenship: United States, US Permanent Resident

Student Attends School In: District of Columbia
Other Comments: Must have a GED or high school diploma and be pursuing a post secondary education. Lifetime maximum awarded is $40,000.
