flyGIRL Scholarship (Deadline: November 12, 2018)

Who Can Apply: The flyGIRL scholarship is open to female U.S. citizens of any age with an interest in aviation. The scholarship money will be paid directly to the flight school and must be used within a year of receipt. It can be used for the private pilot’s license or any advanced certificate or rating.

Submission: Include in your essay why you should be awarded the funds and specifically what the funds will be used for. A personal meeting or phone interview may also be required.

Deadline: November 12, 2018

Amount: $2,500
