Who Can Apply: Gerald and Luanna Kennedy were lifelong residents of Pana and raised three children who graduated from Pana High School. One of the most important values to them was the opportunity to obtain additional training/education after high school. They were able to provide that opportunity to their children and would want to share that opportunity each year with a graduating student in the Pana community.
1 – Be a graduating senior from Pana High School, Pana, Illinois.
2 – Have a 2.0 or above grade point average.
3 – Attend school as a full-time student in the coming fall at an accredited public/private two-or four-year college/university, community college, or technical institution, with no limitation as to the location of that institution.
4 – Demonstrated history of contribution to the community.
