Who Can Apply: This scholarship will recognize Golden Key members who have chartered or re-chartered their local chapter in the 2014-2015 academic year.
1.) A personal statement of no more than 2 pages explaining why the applicant feels that he or she should receive the Charter Officer Scholarship.
2.) Answers to the following questions (500 words max per question):
- What made you want to become a Charter Officer of your local Golden Key chapter?
- Which pillar of Golden Key do you relate most to—academics, leadership or service?
3.) One letter of recommendation from the Golden Key chapter advisor (current or past advisor is OK as long as the advisor is familiar with the applicant’s Golden Key involvement and leadership impact).
4.) A current & updated résumé.
5.) A current and comprehensive academic transcript. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted.
