Who Can Apply: There is no entry fee to apply. The scholarship is open to high school seniors, current college undergrads, or graduate students who are legal residents of the United States and who plan to attend, or are currently attending, an accredited, non-profit college, university or vocational/technical school in the United States in the 2018- 2019 school year. Home-schooled high school students may apply if their completed coursework is the equivalent of that of a high school senior. Applicants cannot be related to any Guardian Protection Services staff or extended family. There is no minimum SAT/ACT or GPA required.
Submission: Using the “Stories” feature on Instagram, tell us how the technology in your life could be even smarter than it is today.
- Include at least ten original photos or video clips in your Instagram Story. Placing text on the photos is fine if it helps to better tell your story.
- Save all portions of your Instagram Story Entry as a “Highlights” item.
- If your Instagram account is private, be sure to save your story and include it in your submission as described in step 4.
- Be sure to keep your Instagram Story live until January 31, 2019 so that our judges can refer to it.
