Harrison & Bodell Scouting Scholarship (Deadline: December 31, 2014)

Who Can Apply: Currently enrolled at an accredited high school, college, or university in the U.S. Must be a current or past member in good standing with The Boy Scouts of America or the Girl Scouts. Must be age 17 or older.

Submission: Write an original 400-600 word essay on:

“How has your time in the scouts (boyscouts, girlscouts) prepared you for college? Please describe what skills, values, or qualities that you developed from scouting that have prepared you for your future.”

Deadline: December 31, 2014

Amount: $1000
