Who Can Apply:
- Be current high school seniors, current undergraduate students, or students accepted into or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program
- Be residents in one of the following properties: Ivy Hill Park Apartments or 455 Elizabeth Avenue in Newark, NJ.
- The applicant’s parent or grandparent is required to be on the lease of the apartment in which the applicant resides as the tenant of record (or co-tenant).
- Applicants must have resided at Ivy Hill or 455 for a minimum of six months as of the application deadline date.
- Plan to enroll in full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school, or graduate school for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
