Submitted by

Who Can Apply: This need-based award may be applied toward any semester-long or full academic year study abroad program earning credit that applies to your ISU degree plan. If you will be studying abroad for the full academic year, you will want to apply for both a Fall and a Spring award (one for each of your semesters abroad). The award cannot be used for Spring Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, or Summer programs.

Available to undergraduates only, applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50. Credit earned while abroad must be applied toward an ISU degree. Applicants must have a current FAFSA on file. Past awards have averaged $250.

You need not already be accepted on your study abroad program in order to apply for this award, but you must have a program application started (that is, in “pending” status) by the Sojourner Scholarship deadline.

Submission: Apply Online

Deadline: October 15, 2015
