Who Can Apply:

1. Residents of Carlsbad, CA, for a minimum of one full year (verified by Income Tax Form, Utility Bills, etc.); and

2. Practicing Roman Catholics who are:
a. Graduating high school seniors with a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or
b. Students who are currently enrolled at a Catholic college or university in the United States; and

3. Plan to enroll or are currently enrolled in a course of instruction that will enable them to obtain an undergraduate degree within four years; and

4. United States citizens.
