Who Can Apply: This scholarship is awarded to a graduate of Springfield Southeast High School who will be pursuing a degree in engineering, math, science or technology.
This scholarship is in memory of Jamie K. Patino and the path that she traveled. The scholarship has been established to encourage other students that are interested in following her spirit. The qualified recipient of this scholarship is a student who has made an initiative towards the pursuit of a technical degree leading to a career in engineering, math, science or technology. Academic excellence is not a requisite; however, demonstrating the ability to finish what one has sought to achieve is desired. Some of the truest qualities include individuality, the strength to stand up for what you believe is right, the ability to overcome difficult situations or hardships, and the desire to make the most of today while being mindful of the future.
1 – Graduating student from Springfield Southeast High School.
2 – Attend school as a full-time student in the coming fall at an accredited community college, four year college/university or trade/vocational school.
3 – Must be willing to work towards a degree in the field of engineering, math, science or technology.
