Who Can Apply: This one-time award of $1,000 will be given to a graduating senior from Middletown High School who will be attending an accredited college and will be paid directly to the college. A student does not need to demonstrate financial need or exceptional academic achievement to receive the award.

  • Incoming Freshman
  • Must be graduating from Middletown High School
  • Must be attending an accredited college or University
  • Applicant will be required to fill out financial information and upload FAFSA
  • Applicant will be required to upload ACT or SAT report

Deadline: February 14, 2019
