Who Can Apply: In honor of Jimmie Ruth Picquet, a lifelong Bishop resident and a graduate of Bishop High School. She received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history with minors in English from Texas A&I University. Mrs. Picquet was director of the Conner Museum at Texas A&I University for 22 years. She also taught piano for 16 years.

- attend or plan to attend college full-time (12 hours or more) to obtain a degree.
