John A. McCluskey and Helen McCluskey Scholarship (Deadline: February 14, 2019)

Who Can Apply: This is a one-year non-renewable award. Student applicants must be outstanding graduating African-American seniors from Middletown High School. They must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, exhibited leadership abilities in their school, actively participated in athletics, and served their community in an exemplary manner.

  • Incoming Freshman
  • Must be graduating from Middletown High School
  • Applicant must be African-American
  • Must have actively participated in sports
  • Must have served the community in an exemplary manner
  • Applicant will be required to fill out financial information and upload FAFSA
  • Applicant will be required to upload ACT or SAT report
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5
