Who Can Apply: One award is given to assist a NWCA member’s child to continue her/his college education, vocation, business or other training. The applicant shall be in need of assistance, an unmarried child of a NWCA member in good standing for a minimum of one year prior to the application deadline and previously approved for admission to an accredited school.
