Who Can Apply:
- Enroll in, and successfully complete (pass) a Global Issues and Perspectives course** or the LEAD 502 Global Citizenship course. Although students may apply for the scholarship while enrolled in the fall semester LEAD 195 Leadership for a Globalizing Community course, it is strongly suggested that recipients enroll in the Global Issues and Perspectives course** or LEAD 502 Global Citizenship the semester following the notification of award.
- Develop an approved study abroad plan (guidelines to be provided by a Study Abroad Advisor) and officially present it to a Study Abroad Advisor in the Office of International Programs during the term in which they are enrolled in the Global Issues and Perspectives Course** or the term after they complete the LEAD 502 Global Citizenship course.
- Response to: “How will your enrollment in a Global Issues and Perspectives course or LEAD 502 Global Citizenship course and a study abroad experience benefit your academic, career and personal goals?” (200 words maximum)
