Who Can Apply: The student must be a high school senior or an undergraduate student in an accredited post-high school institution; be no older than 25 as of July 15, 2016; and be a citizen of the United States.
How to Apply: The scholarship application process requires recording a 3-5 minute video speech on the topic: “How I Intend to Make a Positive Difference in the Lives of Others”.

Other Comments: The Liberty Scholarship & Leadership Program is sponsored by the National Liberty Museum, an institution dedicated to honoring heroes of liberty throughout history and encouraging future leaders. It is open to Liberty Scholar Members of the Museum.
The Program includes both monetary awards and various leadership opportunities. All award recipients will have their winning video speech featured in a National Liberty Museum exhibit for an entire year.
