Who Can Apply: This is a scholarship available to an Osceola High School female Senior who plans to attend Valencia Community College. This scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Linda McCann Cline who was an Osceola High School graduate in 1980.

- Applicant must attend Osceola High School.
- Applicant must be female.
- Applicant must attend Valencia College.
- Applicant must have an unweighted GPA of 2.3 or higher.
