Linda S. Culver Memorial Scholarship – Girl Scouts of Central Illinois (Deadline: March 1, 2017)

Who Can Apply: Scholarship for Girl Scouts registered with Girl Scouts of Central Illinois. This scholarship is named in memory of Linda S. Culver, a prominent Girl Scout leader and area business leader for many years.

1 – Be registered as a Girl Scout with the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois.
2 – Be a nationally affiliated registered Girl Scout through the Land of Lincoln Council for a minimum of three years (preference will be given for Girl Scout tenure).
3 – Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a non-weighted 4.0 scale.
4 – Attend school as a full-time JUNIOR, SENIOR or GRADUATE STUDENT in the coming fall at an accredited college or university. Graduating high school seniors and current college freshmen may NOT apply.
5 – Special consideration may be given to any applicant who has received the Girl Scout Gold Award.
6 – Financial need may be considered.
7 – Past recipients are eligible to reapply.
