Who Can Apply: Graduating senior attending Ohio Wesleyan University as a full-time student in the Fall of this calendar year, who has attended at least two years of high school in the:
*Big Walnut Local School District;
*Buckeye Valley School District;
*Delaware Area Career Center (with home school in one of these districts);
*Delaware City School District;
*Olentangy Local School District;
*Westerville North High School;
*Westerville Central High School.
