Marcus Raper Zimmerman Scholarship (Deadline: July 31, 2018)

Who Can Apply: To receive consideration, applicants must:

•be residents of Forsyth County
•have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.0
•be enrolled a minimum of six credit hours/semester during the academic year in a program leading. To a first time two or four-year degree, certificate, or diploma from an accredited institution that participates in the federal student aid program
•be a U.S. citizen
•have a physical disability or be preparing to work in a profession related to serving those with physical disabilities

•online application completed in full
•high school grade transcript through the first semester of 12th grade, most recent college grade transcript, or copy of GED diploma
•sighed copy of previous year’s federal tax return for parent(s) or student’s federal tax return if student is independent
•copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) if applicant has applied for federal aid
•copy of the financial aid award letter
