Who Can Apply: Applicants must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, as a full-time student at an accredited US college or university for the semester that they are applying to receive the scholarship. Domestic, international, online and undocumented students are welcome to apply.
Submission: Applicants need to submit a written piece exploring their personal relationship with sleep health and the impact it’s had on their education in an 800-1000 word essay. It should: Quote research from recent studies in this field and explain what resources are available to help reduce poor sleep health.
