Who Can Apply:
- You must be pursuing a degree related to public service or intend on using your degree to pursue a career in public service
- You must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- You must be enrolled or planning to enroll in college or university within the U.S. for the Fall 2026 semester.
- You must be at least 17 years old.
- You must be a citizen of the United States.
Submission: All interested students must submit an essay response to the question on the right in approximately 500 words:
“What kind of career are you hoping to build in government, and how do you see your work making a positive impact on the lives of everyday Americans?”
Deadline: July 6, 2026
