Who Can Apply: Created in memory of Melissa Collins to ensure that the way she lived and the person she was is not overshadowed by the tragic way in which her life was ended. This scholarship will be awarded at North Hagerstown High School to students who have participated in the music and/or drama programs. This award amount may vary. Applicants must be a graduating senior at North Hagerstown High School, and have participated in the music and/or drama programs.
