Who Can Apply: The Neil Molloy Memorial Scholarship is funded by the Friends and Colleagues of Neil Molloy and is administered by The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis. The scholarship was created in memory of Neil Molloy, the longest serving Executive Director of the St. Louis County Housing Authority. This scholarship will provide one or more $3,000 grants for the 2015-2016 academic year that are renewable for up to four years.
To be eligible for the Neil Molloy Scholarship, an applicant must reside in public or subsidized housing in St. Louis County or be a client of St. Louis County Housing Authority.
Submission: To apply, students must complete this opportunity for the Neil Molloy Memorial Scholarship AND The Scholarship Foundation Interest Free Loan Application in Scholarship Central by the deadline of April 15. To be considered for the Neil Molloy Scholarship, students must also meet all the qualifications of The Scholarship Foundation Interest-Free Loan. Students who are selected to receive the Neil Molloy Scholarship may also be given an opportunity to accept or decline an interest-free loan or other grants through The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis.
