Who Can Apply: The Nellie Love Butcher Music Scholarship as a one-time preferred amount of up to $5,000 which shall be given annually to a male or female music student who is pursuing an education in piano or voice. Special consideration shall be given to students currently attending the Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts, Washington, DC.
