Nissenbaum Internet Law Scholarship (Deadline: May 30, 2015)
Who Can Apply: Students who are currently enrolled in a college or university, seeking either an undergraduate or post graduate degree (whether or not related to law) or are planning to enroll in the Fall 2015 semester, are eligible. The contest requires (a) proof of matriculation at an applicable school and (b) an essay that complies with the contest rules.
Submission: Essay : “How can the American legal system improve its approach to policing and regulating digital technology without unduly stifling innovation and civil liberties?”
