Philis Smith Memorial Scholarship (Deadline: July 12, 2019)

Who Can Apply: Provided in memory of Philis Smith, this scholarship awards a yearly stipend to a student or students at the Ketchikan campus who are highly motivated, in financial need and who may be either part-time or full-time students working toward a certificate or degree.

Requirements: a student attending the UAS Ketchikan Campus; a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate hard work and motivation toward higher education. The GPA, by itself, will not be the key determinate in awarding the scholarship. Demonstration of financial need is important.

Deadline: July 12, 2019

Amount: $500
