Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established to provide awards to those who wish to study at a maritime academy or at any other educational institution to pursue any kind of maritime studies. Preference given to anyone from Northern Michigan who is currently working in the maritime field on the Great Lakes or who served in the Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard and wants to pursue maritime studies.
