Who Can Apply:
1. Must be a high school graduate pursuing a full-time college or university placement or already enrolled in college full time.
2. Must be enrolled in an accredited college, university or vocational/trade school that is approved by the U.S. Department of Education and allowed to participate in financial aid programs.
3. Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
4. Grants are not renewable; students must apply each year and start fresh with a new application.
