Who Can Apply: The family and friends of Roxann Kelley Buehn established this scholarship program in 1999 in her memory. Roxann Kelley Buehn was 20 years old when she was killed in an automobile accident.
The purpose of this scholarship is to memorialize the community’s memory of Roxann, and to assist and encourage Bradford County high school students to pursue the goals of academic excellence. Roxann graduated from Bradford County High School in 1995. Like so many young people, Roxann was undecided about which area of education to pursue when God called her home on September 13, 1998. Her family’s goal in establishing this scholarship to help other young students further their education and to help them overcome their financial obstacles while pursuing their dream.
Criteria
- Student must have 2.0 GPA
- Full time (12 credit hours) enrollment
- Bradford County High School Graduate
- Pursuing A.A. (Associate in Arts), A.S. (Associate in Science) Degree, or Certificate Program
