Seattle Tutoring Services Math Scholarship (Deadline: December 31, 2016)

Who Can Apply: Applicants must be high school students entering first year of college or current undergraduate students at any accredited U.S. college, university or trade school.

Submission: Construct an essay that discusses your struggles in math and how you overcame them or plan to overcome these challenges. Some examples include:

  • Finding a study group
  • Getting assistance from teachers, counselors or tutors
  • Preparing for upcoming courses with workbooks or reviews of prior courses
  • Finding inspiration and motivation by learning about opportunities that math coursework provides or learning about people who have overcome adversity

Deadline: December 31, 2016
